All orders are hand-packed with care and shipped directly from our location.
We pack and ship orders within (1-3 business days) of receiving them excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. We offer
the following shipping options at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and start after the order has been processed and shipped.

Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update.
Expired /Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

Free Shipping: we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 for books.
We currently only ship within in Canada.
If your tracking states-'Delivered' but you haven't received it, please check with your local mail carrier or your
local post office before contacting us. If your book arrives damaged from transit, please take a photo of the packaging and the book, and contact us at the email provided in our Contact section within 7 days so we can
send you a replacement. All books are securely packed to prevent damage.

Custom Acrylic Releases:
Because each Acrylic Glass Edition is precision-engraved to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and specialized custom crating before shipment.

Our Packaging Standards:

CD Singles: Shipped in secure, padded bubble mailers.
Vinyl Singles: Shipped in premium, heavy-duty, crush-resident record mailers.

Acrylic Collector Glass Edition:
Shipped with a protective, peel off surface film, wrapped in heavy microfiber foam, and double-boxed. Due to the high value of this edition, it is shipped fully insured via tracked courier and requires a signature upon delivery.
