Because our items are limited edition releases, we enforce the following standard policies to protect the integrity of our music and art:

Physical Music (CDs & Vinyl):

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery ONLY if the item is completely unopened, unused,
and still sealed in its original shrink-wrap or packaging.

We cannot accept returns on opened CDs or Vinyl once the seal is broken.

Books: Our timeframe gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible
for a return, your book must be unused, unread, and in the same condition that you received it. (No bent pages,
cracked spines, or scruffs) Please include your order number with your return request. Once we receive your
returned, we will notify you that we have received it. If your book is approved, we will initiate a refund to your
original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you are returning the book because you changed your mind, you will
be responsible for paying your own shipping return costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If your book arrives damaged in transit, or if we send you the wrong item, we will cover 100% of the
return shipping costs and send you a replacement immediately. Please include a photo of the damage when you
contact us. To start a return, please contact us in the Contact Section. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Acrylic Collector Glass Edition:

Due to the high manufacturing costs and custom fabrication process of this 12 x 12 engraved piece, all sales for the Acrylic Edition are final.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If any part of your order is damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and item, and we will immediately arrange an insured replacement for you.
